Rights

A right is who is entitled. A license is who may use. Revenue is an event. Settlement follows the graph. These are not the same object. The ledger at the end of this sentence is where money actually moves.

Ownership

Who holds the IP. Jacque owns Kael. Lumen Atelier owns the Garden Between as a licensed world.

License

Who may use, where, for how long, in which media. A $500 license is not a royalty.

Royalty

Money owed when a usage meets a rule. The rule travels with the object.

Revenue share

A cut of a defined pool — creator, asset, studio — after deductions.

Fee

A fixed amount. Production cost. Agent inference. Not residual.

Credit

Attribution without money. An AI agent can be credited as a participant and still own nothing.

Invariants

An AI agent may be a production peer and still be a service cost, not a royalty beneficiary.
Being recorded in the production graph does not grant ownership.
Unassigned chairs accrue. Money does not vanish because a voice has not been cast.
Studio revenue and creator royalties are different identities.
Blockchain is a rail. It is not the royalty engine.
Owning a collector edition is not owning the film.
